What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed membership sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Build lasting relationships that drive guest loyalty and retention
- Educate guests on services, enhancements, memberships, and promotions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and assist guests throughout their spa experience
- Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
- Partner with team members to create a welcoming, five-star environment
- Support daily spa operations and perform additional duties as needed
